Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Delivering installation and maintenance work on storage systems, SAN or NAS
• Providing presales, post-sales or service delivery support on variety of product lines
• Working closely with sales and marketing team to prepare technical material
• Preparing and handling technical presentation and proposal
• Willing to travel in Asia.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in IT industry, preferably related to storage
• Good knowledge with computer network, TCP/IP, Fibre Channel and iSCSI
• Good knowledge with various OS, such as MS Windows, Linux, Solaris and Apple, will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of various application, such as Oracle, SQL, Exchange, will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong business acumen, innovative and with a passion to success
• Self-motivated, initiative, a good team player that can work independently
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
