Technical Consultant

Description

You will be actively involved in various technical consulting, sales support and training activities. In addition, you will be the technical expert for supporting our sales force, as well as participating variety of projects all over the globe.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform and deliver services within the Consulting Services portfolio
• Build testing frameworks, templates, tools, and methodology for delivering consulting engagements
• Lead or project manage client’s projects and deliver project deliverables of the highest quality
• Prepare technical documents for our products and consulting engagements
• Involve in R&D activities for existing and new products
• Provide pre and after-sales support for client engagements including defining the scope of work, resource planning, product demonstrations, etc.
• Provide product and technology training to our customers

Required profile:

• University Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or other relevant technical background.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• 1 ~ 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of electronic payment industry, EMV, E-Passport/E-ID, smart card technology, cryptography or testing methodologies will be an added advantage.
• Strong IT background with common programming language (C/C++, Java, etc) knowledge is required.
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team.
• Ability to communicate with various level and functions.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written & presentation skills), one other Asian language is a plus.
• Willing to travel and commit to overseas projects.
• Fresh bachelor or master degree holders are welcome to apply
