Responsibilities

Responsible for installation, maintaining and upgrading of servers
Perform daily system admin ensuring servers are backed up and data is secure from unauthorized access
Capable of giving hardware support for printers, monitors, desktop PCs, laptops
Problem management (analysis for frequently occurred incident - solve root cause)
Testing new software, Windows patches, install and configure applications, problem management, analysis of frequently occurred incidents
Research the latest industry security practices and technologies as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities
Constantly analyze, review and maintain the IT security baseline required by performing risk and vulnerabilities assessment to ensure the balancing of the resources available and the requirement of sufficient security measures
Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of systems
Monitor network and system utilization
Providing support on IT systems involve both infrastructure & networking.
Require standby support & prepare to work during weekends during projects implementation & IT systems maintenance.

Requirements

ITE/Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Studies.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient with Active Directory user management and administration, networking, Internet and security protocols, web and wireless technologies knowledge.
Strong technical knowledge in Server hardware, Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, remote access, SQL Server.
Cisco demonstrated networking knowledge is an added advantage.
MCSA, MCSE and CCNA certification is an added advantage.
Able to communicate with fluent English & Mandarin and written English
Customer oriented, patient and a strong team player.
Class 3 driving license preferred
