Asia Network & System Administrator

Mission

Due to new product releases and business development, Traderforce is looking for an enthusiastic Network and System Administrator to join its experienced and talented team. We are currently looking to recruit a hardworking candidate to provide high quality support to the Traderforce customer base.

Key Roles:

• Managing the real-time infrastructure (from daily check to problem detection and capacity planning).
• Deliveries of our new software versions and patch.
• Technical Support for external customer and internal team.
• Phone and on-site support.
• Involved in the testing phase of Traderforce products in collaboration with the R&D department.
• In charge of the global Traderforce infrastructure, focused on Asia.

Essential Skills:

• Be able to manage projects (timescales constraints)
• A good command of written and spoken English is necessary
• Mandarin spoken would be a plus
• Good technical knowledge of financial markets (equities, exchanges, derivatives etc.),
• An international background would be beneficial
• Good understanding of customers’ needs.
• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with clients.

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor + 5 years with systems and networking specialization.
• Experience: At least 3 years into systems and network administration.
• Good skills of Windows (workstations and servers, SQL server, Exchange server) and Linux environment in terms of administration.
• Good skills of network security and IP routing.
• Knowledge of electronic trading sector (FIX protocol, FIX certification process, Order Management System).
