Project Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. Job requirements of this positions are shown below:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of post-qualification Information Technology (IT) experience, including at least 4 years of project management and coordination experience under IT projects
• With proven regional project deployment experience
• Projects with office relocation experience is an advantage
• Experience in serving bureaus/ department will be an advantage
• Solid experience in Prince or PMP holder or ITILF Foundation holder will be an advantage
• Past experience in managing at least 1 project for Lotus Domino/ Notes R5 or above implementation with over 1,000 Lotus Notes mail users
• 2 years or more proven experiences in managing projects using PRINCE
• Past experience in managing at leastt 1 project for CMS implementation is preferable
• Pastexperience in managing E-Leave/ Department Portal project will be a plus
• Proficient in English and Mandarin

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide relevant status updates and escalate issues as appropriate to the Program/ Manager
• Fully participate in and coordinate at times the following stages of works
• Scope and definition of Project with client to meet clear and measurable requirements
• Coordination and assistance in Technical Analysis and Design
• Interfacing and ensuring Client requirements translated to Development and Testing
• Management and ensuring signoff of User Acceptance Test
• Management of Implementation and System rollout
