System Application Engineer

JOB FUNCTION:

Under the guidance of the supervisor perform coding, testing, debugging programming assignment. May need to study and evaluate user requirement and conduct subsequent implementation and documentation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform programming assignment.
• Refine data and format final product.
• Tests and develops modifications and writes operational manual.
• Writes new program code using prescribed specifications, as appropriate.
• Provide support and problem resolution; collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Company.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Familiar with C/C++, Java, JavaScript, JSP, JDBC, HTML, DB/2, SQL or Visual Studio.
• Knowledge in Linux or Unix operating system preferred.
• A commitment to quality and thorough approach to work.
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
• Teamplayer, self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
