I.T. Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle hardware and software installation
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Perform software distribution updates, testing and support
• Provide technical support services to end-users, establish and maintain the servers, office network, computers and applications
• Liaise with vendors and service provider for support and upgrades issues
• Troubleshooting of MS Windows XP/Vista/7 and Microsoft Office Suite applications, collects, analyzes network and memory utilization

General requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences in sizable company
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Holder of CCNA / MCSE
• Familiar with Window Server 2003, Windows XP / Vista / 7
• Knowledge in ASP, Flash and Photoshop
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical power.
