Solution Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Provide helpdesk and support services to end-users (may need to work on shift, on request basis)
  • Assist in installation, testing, problem diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Participate in IT projects and work closely with PM and development team
  • Gather user requirements, prepare UML diagram and maintain documentation
  • Business analysis, formulation of workflow process and data models

Requirements
  • University graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
  • Proficient in data analysis tools like, SQL language, MS Access, etc
  • Knowledge in system integration and module interfaces, preferable about POS application
  • Hands-on experience on system monitoring and with analytical skills
  • Hard working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spok en and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Hands-on experience in Retail industry is a plus (fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • Travelling is required
