Job Scope:

Obtains contract documents from the tender departments such as letter of intent, tender drawings specifications, etc. for the new project.
Prepared quantity take- off/ measurements for the work based on the period for cut- off dates.
Prepared Progress Billing/ Keeps tracks of billings of projects handled for submission to client.
Prepares sub- contract agreement to the awarded sub- contractor for each respective project,
Prepares variation works claim for various additional work given by Client.
Coordinates with out site staff such as Project Managers/ Site Engineers with regard work site progress.
Settlement of Final Accounts to Sub- Contractor to the completed Projects/ Works Order
