Requirements:

Possess strong experience handling .Net (ASP.Net/VB.Net/C#.Net) application and Web development
Solid understanding of ASP.NET and .NET framework in general – exception handling, delegates, user controls, collection classes, diagnostics, debugging/ tracing, session state management in web farms and web application configuration
A good understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.
Ability to understand and extend/enhance code written by other developers
Must be proficient using Visual Studio .NET.

Must have experience in:

- database driven web applications – SQL Server 2005/2000
- ASP.NET AJAX
- Master Pages
- User Controls
- and other core components of ASP.NET 2.0

SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, JavaScript a plus.
Some XML/XSLT knowledge.
Must have good communication skills for technical communications as well as for client interface communications

Min. 3-5 years of .Net Application Development experience
