Data Centre Supervisor (Networking)

Responsibility:
* Lead a team of technical support colleagues to perform following items;
* 24 x 7 monitoring of NOC/ Data Centre system and network infrastructure;
* Trouble shooting on network connectivity and coordination with local carriers/ vendors;
* Second-tier technical hotline support and troubleshooting for customers;
* Handling of data centre support and remote-hand services.

Requirement:
* Tertiary education in Computer Studies, Computer Engineering or related field;
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in ISP or Telecom Industry;
* Holder of CCNA certification;
* Good communication and inter-personal skills;
* Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
