Project Co-ordinator For TOP/CSC/DEFECTS TEAM

Resonsibilities & Requirements
Working experience in Architects office preferred and familiar with corenet e-submission to relevant authorities and BCA for securing TOP/CSC. (Ex-civil service staff in technical departments are encouraged to apply.)
No age discrimination or academic paper qualifications, but require practical experience in building industry dealing with building defects with technical background in building, engineering or estate management.
Able to prepare defects inspection reports and minutes of defects meeting with mentor's guidance.
In-house training will be provided to suitable candidates who have transferable skill and knowledge to handle construction defects.
