Customer Service Assistant

Job Responsibility:

- Follow up sales order and delivery schedules
- Liaise with different carriers for place new order and order amendment
- Respond to customers' inquiries and other related duties
- Handle daily hotline and ensure high quality services and customer satisfaction at all times
- System recording, updating and filing
- Participate in ad hoc assignment and provide value-added service to excel service level

Job Requirements:

- Form 5 or above
- Min. 2 years of experience in after sales coordination / customer services / order follow up
- Strong orgainizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Good computer knowledge in Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in telecom or IT industry will be a definite advantage
- Service oriented, patient, proactive, organized and independent
- Capable to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese required
- Immedidate Availability is preferred
