IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level support to desktop and LAN/WAN users
System and network performance monitoring
Manage backup, restoration and recovery operations
Troubleshoot and rectify system and network issues
Provide support on software/hardware implementation projects


Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Studies

Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Wintel servers environment and LAN/WAN & TCP/IP network

Technically savvy and strong in server monitoring tools, server backups and /or network equipments such as Cisco routers, LAN switches

Willing to travel
