B.Grimm MBM Group is a joint venture between B.Grimm Thailand, operating for 127 years and MBM Germany, a specialist curtain wall/façade company established 47 years ago. Over the last 10 years B.Grimm MBM Group have carried out many prestigious and award winning projects across the Asia Pacific region focusing on high performance and quality building facades.

Based from our Thailand or Hong Kong offices we are searching for highly committed and hardworking staff in the following positions:

Site Managers or Supervisors (Based in Hong Kong or Bangkok)

Position Requirements:

• Over 5 years experience within specialist window/façade/curtain wall/shop fitting contracting or related industry.
• Highly motivated.
• Effective communication skills.
• Based in Bangkok or Hong Kong and servicing export construction projects through out Asia Pacific and beyond.
• Personable attitude.

Position Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Oversee daily site operations ensuring installation quality, programme and design intent objectives are met.
• Direct involvement with site installation and assisting site labour where or when required.
• Liaise with other site trades, client representatives and ability to resolve issues within a pressurized environment.
• Extensive travel required to fulfill the position duties and please note that a large percentage of time is spent in other countries outside of our Bangkok, Thailand or Hong Kong, SAR offices.
