Technical Support Engineer

Our company is seeking for IT professionals to provide IT support services to our customers via our service hotline.In this position you will gain experience in a large variety of server applications and such as Windows Server 2003/2008, Web server, Email server, Exchange Server. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
  • Troubleshooting on end user usage, network, system and hardware issues
  • Server Set up and maintenance
  • Account setup
  • Writing user manuals in using our service
  • 24x7 shift duty is required

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines

· Knowledge of common Internet Services such as Email, Web and FTP.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good command in written English and Chinese

· Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must

· Experience in helpdesk support is an advantage

· Service-oriented and hard-working

· Good team spirit

· Good problem-solving skills

· Able to work independently and under pressure

· 45 working hours per week. Willing to work on day or night shift.
