Tele-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

Tele-Sales Engineer - Working as a technical Tele-Sales Engineer, you will develop business with assigned “contact” customers providing support and quotations and follow-up to close the business using our E-Direct catalogue as a marketing tool to generate new business. You will work closely with our Marketing Team.

Requirements

• Diploma in an Engineering discipline


• Min 2 years’ sales/technical support experience preferably in instrumentation and/or Process Industries


• Able to communicate clearly in written and spoken form at all levels


• Able to develop sound customer relationships at all levels and discuss technical requirements with customers to bring them effective solutions


• The ability to work successfully in a team and enthusiasm are key attributes


• Knowledge of SAP or similar integrated business system would be an advantage
