Assistant Supervisor Maintenance (Terbau II)

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational efficiency of the factory


• Provide guidance and support for project development and initiate follow-up actions


• Oversees Maintenance section to support key manufacturing operations


• Constantly review the existing operating method and procedures to achieve overall company objectives


• Lead and guide Operators/ Technician

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Precision Engineering/Electronics Engineering


• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position


• Ability to communicate with staff of all levels


• Mature, humble, highly motivated and result-oriented personality.
