ENGINEERING/SHEQ MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance outsourcing for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation support for daily and supplemental manpower needs.
- Involve in project engineering, procurement and equipment installation, turnover and commissioning of new project.
- Develop plant’s maintenance strategy involving preventive and predictive maintenance, and root cause failure analysis process as required for site.
- Create organized work system for efficient planning and scheduling needs for maintenance works. Implement CMMS (Navision or others) for the site.
- Develop maintenance budget, plan staffing to meet site requirements. Continually evaluate and drive improvement in pricing and quality for contract and vendor services.
- Develop and execute maintenance repair operation spare parts strategy for the plant, including sourcing, purchasing, reordering, receiving and stocking items.
- Execute CAPEX projects, manage shutdowns including statutory and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain the ISO9000, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 system.
- Supervise a team of electrical/mechanical engineers and SHEQ Officer in their daily work.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience
- Competent in Project management and leading subordinates to achieve departmental targets
- Good oral and written communication skills
ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Participate in plant expansion projects and assist in proposing and reviewing engineering details for plant’s design, modification and improvements.
- Ensure all process control systems and networks remain operational for the plant equipment and facilities and perform troubleshooting of DCS and PLC.
- Liaise with external/internal parties to validate and maintain the hardware/software for automated system in the production area.
- Maintain the ISO9000/ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and other engineering documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Must be resourceful, proactive , meticulous and a good team player
