Typical Duties:
- Responsible for installation and support of the MICROS Point-of-sale and Table Management Product Suite in Hong Kong and Macau
- Assist in product testing and documentation for new product releases
- Provide on-site customer assistance during new site opening
Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL:
- Degree or Diploma in a Technical field
- Previous training experience in the area of theoretical/conceptual training
- Working knowledge of Networks, PC's and troubleshooting installation issues
- Experience in Microsoft suite of products in particular Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
- Must be legally entitled to work in Hong Kong or Macau
- Must be willing to travel on the job
- Spoken and written English and Cantonese
DESIRABLE:
- Previous experience with MICROS or alternative Point-of-Sale systems
- Previous experience working with an automated support management and tracking tool in a support center environment
- Previous experience in supporting Hospitality Software Products
