Planning Manager / Coordinator

Requirements:

• Candidate required to be familiar with sequence of works for construction industry, particularly the interior renovation/fit-out works.


• Experience in planning and preparing project schedules is a must.


• Familiarity with Primavera Software and Microsoft Project required.


• Actual project experience in local Renovation or A&A Works for Commercial Buildings is preferred.


• Applicants must be able to liaise effectively with Consultants, Suppliers & Subcontractors.


• Keen to take on challenges and able to multi-task effectively while meeting tight deadlines.


• Candidates with in-depth experience will be considered for the Manager post.


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Coordinator post.
