Engineer

The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following duties :

* Handle air condition, plumbing and sanitation, electrical high tension and low tension system,

mechanical equipment, fire protection and life safety, vertical transportation, boiler, generator,

kitchen equipment and any other related sub-system to ensure good operating condition.

* Plan, co-ordinate, and execute preventive maintenance program.

* Do budget planning, utilities, manpower resources, process defining and machine operation

standard.

* Carry out the staff training and development, human resource and performance management.

* Build partnerships with other departments to improve better working relationship and to meet the

internal and external customer satisfaction.
