Analyst Programmer

Scope of Position:

• Responsible for development of web applications/web services.
• Assist in user requirement study, system analysis & design and implementation & deployment.
• Liaise with users in collecting and documenting system requirements, ability to transform complex user requirements into technical specifications and system functions.
• Develop test plans and perform testing including functional test, stress/load test, and acceptance testing.
• Build and maintain necessary database jobs, SQL queries and stored procedures based on functional specification to ensure an effective data exchange.
• Provide application support to the production system.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Working as Analyst Programmer for 3 to 5 years and at least 2 years of solid experience in developing web application/web services with VB, ASP, .NET / Java, Javascript, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, EJB, XML, Struts, Spring framework and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL, MySQL and Oracle.
• Knowledge in ERP applications, Java Swing, Tomcat/JBoss is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure, independently and proactively.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Programmer.
