Reports to: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
· Develop new accounts through infiltrating new territories, expand product range and usage in the assigned territory. Bring in new sales leads.
· Account manage existing customers through frequent phone calls and occasional face to face contact. The intent is to maintain or renew service contracts and to introduce solutions and new services.
· Ensure personal sales target is met.
· Carry out research on potential market and feedback of existing market situation
· Research on competitors products and services and find out how we can fill the gap.
· Achieve effective territory coverage through the planning of sales calls to contacts within the framework of the customer call plan, achieving call frequencies consistent with the level of current or potential sales revenue.
Requirements:
· Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Marketing/ Business Administration/ Communications.
· Minimum 2 years working experience in industrial/ Technical Sales preferred.
· Language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin and local Chinese dialects.
· Computer MS office packages.
· Presentation skills.
· To be pro-active player and drive issues. High level of energy and determination.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Sales oriented and result driven with a positive attitude.
