Help Desk Support Engineer

Duties:

  • Become part of our helpdesk support team working on a roster basic including Saturday, Sundays, and Public Holidays (7x24 shift duty required);

  • Perform first tier troubleshooting and problem resolving;

  • Able to isolate IT related problem and escalate to the next level support when required;

  • Provide escalation coordination;

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualification:
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT related discipline.

  • Good communication skills, resourceful and multi-tasked with good interpersonal skills in both English and Cantonese.

  • At least 2 year experience in IT support.

  • Holder of MCSE is an preferable.

  • Experience in C++, Visual Basic, SQL, and PERL are advantage.

  • Knowledge in PC hardware, and standard MS Applications.
