Duties:
- Become part of our helpdesk support team working on a roster basic including Saturday, Sundays, and Public Holidays (7x24 shift duty required);
- Perform first tier troubleshooting and problem resolving;
- Able to isolate IT related problem and escalate to the next level support when required;
- Provide escalation coordination;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT related discipline.
- Good communication skills, resourceful and multi-tasked with good interpersonal skills in both English and Cantonese.
- At least 2 year experience in IT support.
- Holder of MCSE is an preferable.
- Experience in C++, Visual Basic, SQL, and PERL are advantage.
- Knowledge in PC hardware, and standard MS Applications.
