Responsibilites :
- Manage day to day operation of shopping center
- Plan and implement property maintenance work
- Supervise contractors and service providers
- Deal with feedbacks and complaints
- Prepare quotation of improvement work and present to owners for review and decision
- Handle request, identify, plan and initiate improvement work to enhance value of property
Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in Estate Mangement or equivalent
- Experience in managing commercial building
- Working knowledge in Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team with leadership quality
- Customer service oriented and commitment to service excellence
