Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare budget/forecast and periodic financial analysis, including cash flow management
and consolidation, on Group level to facilitate the operation and financial decisions
2. Assist the Group in developing internal control processes and accounting policies to
safeguard assets and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
3. Lead and manage the accounting team in HK and Mainland China
4. Directly report to CEO and COO
5. Attend senior management meeting and present financial analysis in the meeting
6. Work closely with other departments to monitor operational procedures and ensure
internal control compliance
Job Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with professional accounting qualification
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/financial analysis with strong
accounting/finance background
3. Experience in PRC Accounting and Taxation
4. Good analytical mind and leadership skills with strong business acumen
5. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
6. Good report writing skills in both English and Chinese
7. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Advantage if knowing French
8. Willing to travel overseas & China occasionally
