You will be a member of a professional team responsible for directing and overseeing all projects in relation to Building and Development to the property, A&A and renovation works of the Club. You will act as the management representative at major building / renovation work projects and provide engineering / project management expertise to Projects Task Force Committee.
Pre-requisites:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ working experience with at least 10 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing projects of more than $100 million
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work effectively and communicate with a wide variety of people
- A self-starter with excellent organizational and supervisory skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Effective written and oral communication skills
