Systems Engineer

Job Responsibility:
-Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our clients on all aspect of IT support (Desktop, Servers, Networks).
-Work with senior members of the team to deliver solutions.
-Be a point of contact on technical matters for our clients.
-Work with project managers on network design, systems implementation and project planning.
-Partner with our clients’ international offices IT team to deliver globalized solutions.
-May have the opportunity to travel to clients’ overseas offices to provide necessary support.
-Hands on job training on various technology platform and latest hardware/software.
-Training on the latest applications setup in financial industry.
-With the growth of company's client base in the Singapore and our international clientele, the candidate may have the opportunity to explore into other areas of IT.

Experience & Technical Requirements:
-Three years+ industry experience, including at least one year in a server support environment.
-A good education and relevant qualifications, e.g. MCSE, MCP, CCNA.
-Has a broad technical knowledge base, which is assessed during the recruitment process.
-Mature and capable to work independently and be a team player.
-Eager to lean new technologies and work with people.
-Background in financial services sector would be valued.
