Assistant Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to organise, communicate and follow up all orders independently
  • Liaise with related parties for sample arrangement, production and shipment follow-up, including quotations and invoicing
  • Support senior staff with administrative details and other tasks where necessary
  • Willing to work additional hours when required
  • Direct contact with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 3-4 years working experience in merchandising experience
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
  • Well organised, efficient, with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Self motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS word, excel & Chinese word processing
