[ MUST HAVE – Western Style Residential Interior fitout experience ]
Job Description:
Project manage interior fit-out projects for multiple western style residential flats in old buildings situated in Soho (Central, HK) and other ad-hoc interior renovation projects. Duties include:
§ Prepare budgets and tender documents
§ Collect quotations
§ Site management (progress & workmanship) and contractor coordination & monitoring
§ Budget control (verify quotations, work orders and invoices)
§ Source materials
§ Working closely with and directly report to expatriate property investor
§ Identify site irregularities and report to project director
§ Quality control and make sure contractors’ performances are in strict accordance with terms & conditions under contract
§ Liaise with Property Administrative Officer in handling tenant’s requests for technical services
§ Assist in managing, communication and coordination with local authorities, all the outside consultants and contractors appointed from the stage of initial design to completion of works for the renovation works including approvals and construction permits
Requirements:
§ MUST HAVE – Western Style Residential Interior fitout experience
§ 10 year working experiences and at least 5 years in interior fitting out work supervision in residential operation
§ Must be able to communicate with Expatriate Company Director in English
§ Must be Native Cantonese speaker
