Responsibilities
The incumbent will manage a team and take charge of ALL activities/ issues on the Chemical Plant. You will ensure that every chemical manufactured is compliant with Government Regulations.
You will spearhead Development programs and Implement projects to improve Production Process, Optimise Operational Efficiency and Product Quality. You will also monitor production schedules, manage budgets and review production costs.
Requirements
1. Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process related fields.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Chemical processes and Chemical manufacturing environment.
3. Good understanding of Chemical processes ( Eg. Distillation, Extrusion etc) and polymers.
4. Minimum 4 years of managerial experience.
5. Those with experience from Japanese firms are highly preferred.
6. Strong leadership qualities
7. Versatile and faster learner.
*Those with stronger experience may be considered for Senior managerial positions.*
