We provide domain registration, web and email hosting, website design and application programming, print and graphic design, and publishing services.
To further promote and grow the company we are seeking a dynamic General Manager to take over the existing operation and develop the business with the following key responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales, Profit and Cash flow Targets.
- Recruit, lead, coach, develop and retain a team of designers, programmers, sales and admin staff.
- Create a strong company culture within the organisation.
- Develop key client relationships with a strong emphasis on the delivery of great customer service.
- Ensure maximum productivity in delivery of design projects without compromising on quality.
- Maximise income from hosting accounts.
- Ensure infrastructure is in place and fully functioning in order to support growth and deliver great levels of service.
- Basic reporting and regular updates to shareholders.

Qualifications:
- Degree level education
