Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities:-
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will perform general admin duties such as sorts, maintains and delivers routine correspondence and office records according to structured procedures. You are required to answer phone calls, making copies and alphabetical and/or numerical filing. Types routine correspondence, reports, etc. from drafts. Performs simple data entry requiring minimal speed.

Requirement:-
• 1 Year Contract

• Minimum 1 year’s of clerical experience in construction industry

• 5.5 days work week

• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Local Dialects would be advantageous

• Handling of invoices

• Preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice

• Singaporean, PR or Malaysian may apply

• Workplace Location : Marina Bay
