Business System Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Involve in all aspects of system development and support.

  • Perform system analysis and validate high level design.

  • Define functional requirement based on business input.

  • Monitor all aspects of system development projects, including system integration test, UAT, design and analysis, system deployment.

  • Manage and coordinate with system developers, global and local IT team to build, implement and release - enhancements to the countries.

  • Control investment and expenses on systems development and enhancement.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in the IT environment of the retail industiry, with IT system development or support - experience.

  • Strong business knowledge on retailing

  • Good project management skills.

  • Able to travel frequently.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
