Responsibilities:
- Manage production environment (Windows, JBoss, Sybase, MSSQL, AS2, Gentran, etc)
- Troubleshoot application issues
- Ensure EDI data integrity
- Manage and deploy changes
- Anticipate and tackle potential problems
- Support end users from different regions
- Participate and contribute to the operation team for continual improvement and optimized performance
- On-call rotation during off hours including weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
- College Degree, Technical Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics-or Equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Independent, responsible, logical and can work under pressure
- Experience in J2EE environment
- Knowledge of SQL and database system (Sybase, MSSQL)
- Knowledge of basic Java programming
- Knowledge of Windows scripting
- Fluency written and verbal skill in English
