Job Description for System Engineer (Immediate):
- At least 3-5 years hand-on experience in Server/Enterprise Server installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and trouble-shooting.
- Experience in SI, Vendor, End-users environment and SLA-oriented, troubleshoot & resolve server problem within SLA.
- Application of security patches and fixes accordingly to the Change Control Request.
- Experience in Systems administration, backup/restore, system monitoring and perform tunning.
- With MCSE and/or MCSA Certified.
- Experience in Windows Server, Exchange Server, clustering, ISA, DC, AD, DHCP, Security, etc
- Able to communicate with China users/local IT contact person.
- Perform daily system health check and network utilization monitoring
- Experience in Project Management an added advantage.
- Evaluate new technology, assisting with the planning and design of the future IT Infrastructure.
- Able to do management reporting/maintain documentation related to the installation, administration, and maintenance of Systems.
Job Description for Network Engineer (Immediate):
- At least 3-5years hand-on experience in Routers, Swithces, Hubs installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring & trouble-shooting.
- SLA-oriented, able to troubleshoot and resolve any network issue with SLA given.
- With CCNA/CCNP Certification.
- Network equipment monitoring and responding to alerts and erros messages.
- Application of patches and security fixes according to Change Control Request.
- Periodic Performance tunning to ensure Network Traffic flow is optimized.
- Highlight to Team Manager where performance move towards a degradign trend.
- Logged, coordinate and managed network services call and request till completion with user verification and acceptance.
- Perform daily network health check and network utilization monitoring.
- Perform regular IOS upgrades/downgrades (Patches and Service Packs) on network equipment.
- Experience in Project Management an added advantage.
- Manage the network related issue and provide technical support to the Team.
- Able to do management report/network documentation.
Job Description for Desktop Engineer (Immediate):
- At least 1-2years hand-on experience in desktop/helpdesk support.
- With MCP or other IT Certification.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware/software related problem within SLA.
- Experience in PC Deployment.
- Perform installtion, configuration of IT peripherals and software applications.
- Perform 1st level problem resolution over the phone.
- With basic system/network knowlege such as network connectivity, internet access, domain accounts, etc
- Manage IT asset and peform asset tracking.
- Able to prepare documentation, user's guide, or instruction manual.
