Implementation Specialist - MICROS

Typical Duties:

  • Responsible for installation and support of the MICROS Point-of-sale and Table Management Product Suite in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Assist in product testing and documentation for new product releases
  • Provide on-site customer assistance during new site opening

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL:

  • Degree or Diploma in a Technical field
  • Previous training experience in the area of theoretical/conceptual training
  • Working knowledge of Networks, PC's and troubleshooting installation issues
  • Experience in Microsoft suite of products in particular Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Hong Kong or Macau
  • Must be willing to travel on the job
  • Spoken and written English and Cantonese

DESIRABLE:

  • Previous experience with MICROS or alternative Point-of-Sale systems
  • Previous experience working with an automated support management and tracking tool in a support center environment
  • Previous experience in supporting Hospitality Software Products
