SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

• Provide helpdesk support and assistance to users in resolving routine hardware and software problems.
• Maintain and review logs and audit trails on PCs and MS Windows servers to detect virus or other problems and take corrective actions.
• Server monitoring and updates, proactive server and desktop maintenance
• Inventory management of hardware and software
• Administer MS Windows Servers, MS AD/Exchange
• Client and server patch management

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• A diploma in computer engineering or computer science
• Microsoft certified systems engineer (MCSE 2003)/ Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA 2003)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff from diverse cultures
• Good listening skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
