- Provide helpdesk support and assistance to users in resolving routine hardware and software problems.
- Maintain and review logs and audit trails on PCs and MS Windows servers to detect virus or other problems and take corrective actions.
- Server monitoring and updates, proactive server and desktop maintenance
- Inventory management of hardware and software
- Administer MS Windows Servers, MS AD/Exchange
- Client and server patch management
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- A diploma in computer engineering or computer science
- Microsoft certified systems engineer (MCSE 2003)/ Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA 2003)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff from diverse cultures
- Good listening skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
