Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

· Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Building

· 2 years working experience preferably in construction environment

· Computer Literate

· Good interpersonal skills, analytical and communication skills

· Ability to interact with internal and external customers

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and prepare progress payment

· Coordinates with site team for relevant details required for final measurement

· Taking-off quantities for tender preparation

· Assist in record keeping for final measurement purposes

· Independent, good team player, meticulous
