Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance in the design and site supervision of civil/ building works
• Monitor the contractors' work to ensure that the quality and construction aspects of the projects are implemented in compliance with the contract in a safe and timely manner
• Proactively identify design and construction issues and liaise with project stakeholders to provide effective solutions
• Maintain comprehensive records and prepare documentation for management's approval on cost and time arising from changes to civil /building works

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related discipline
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in civil/building works and site supervision of multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
