STATISTICIAN

As a Statistician, you will:-

• Carry out research and development work and analysis of statistics in specific areas ;
• Develop and compile relevant statistical indicators, assess and prepare reports on data trends and implement improvement in statistical methodology and workflow;
• Provide professional statistical inputs to facilitate government planning and policy making.

Requirements:-

• At least a Good Honours Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other related disciplines and subjects with substantial quantitative content e.g. Accountancy, Information Technology which is relevant for specific jobs;
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to learn and apply computer packages for statistical work.
