Administrator - System & Quality Control

Job Responsibilities:

• System Administrator
• Administer and maintain the company’s ERP system
• Perform system diagnosis, analysis, and documentation for existing system
• Daily system operations monitoring such as data backup
• Database system, e-mail, fax and server administration
• Provide hardware or software trouble-shooting and technical support for end user
• Keep track computer and relative equipment allocation status.
• Quality Controller
• To coordinate quality assurance & control activities internally and externally as comply with the ISO9000:2000
• To perform internal quality audits
• Working closely with sales team to resolve quality complaints & process non-conformance

Job Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System, logistics or related discipline with basic accounting acknowledge
• At least 2 years IT support experience
• Good in English and Mandarin would be an advantage
• Initiative, independent, result-oriented, aggressive and able to work under pressure
• Experience in ISO9000:2000
