Senior Executive (Management Development)

You will design, implement and evaluate milestone programmes for Public Sector Leaders on governance, public policy and leadership. You will work closely with public policy experts to shape the content of programme sessions. You will also be required to develop and apply innovative learning methodologies to maximise learning effectiveness and be involved in upfront classroom facilitation to consolidate key learning for participants. In addition, you will need to evaluate the effectiveness of milestone programmes and make recommendations for improvement as well as to develop post-programme interventions for continual learning and development of programme alumni.

You should have:

• Good written and communication skills
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in the area of Training and Development and in public policy
• Professionalism and confidence in dealing with senior public officers
• Good Degree from a recognised university with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the learning and development and/or policy development field
