System Engineer / Senior System Engineer (Full-time)

Job responsibility

• Be part of the team for infrastructure projects.


• Provide pre-sales technical support.


• Interface with clients and 3rd parties vendors to identify user requirements and provide technical support.


• Develop and support Proof of Concept where applicable.


• Provide infrastructure advice and support to Resolvo's development team.


• Provide maintenance support to Resolvo customers.


• Assist the QA team in quality assurance processes.

Job requirements

Preferred Candidate should be:

• Independent and self-initiated


• Team player and enthusiastic to teach and share.


• Willing to travel (Asia).


• Possess personal commitment to quality deliverables.


• Has keen interest in keeping tab of technical advancements.

Skills

• Minimum 1 year working experience in managing Unix/Linux servers.


• Familiar with multiple Operating Systems (Unix/Linux/Solaris/Windows)


• Good written and oral English communications skills.


• Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferably as you are required to travel to China.


• Ability to recommend technical solutions for business needs.
