SALES EXECUTIVE

TERRITORY: SINGAPORE AND ASIA PACIFIC REGION

JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • visiting potential customers to prospect for new buisness;
  • acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  • Excel in Power point presentation
  • negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • gathering market and customer information;
  • representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
  • advising on forthcoming product developments
  • reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
  • feeding future buying trends back to employers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Have field experience in the industry of LAN/WAN. (Automation would be an advantage)
  3. Able to manage cross functional roles
  4. Able to work independently and willing to travel

Minimum education and work experience required:

  1. 2 - 3 years of sales and related work experience in data network products is an advantage
  2. Technical Diploma in Electronics or equivalent
  3. Must possess a car
