TERRITORY: SINGAPORE AND ASIA PACIFIC REGION
JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- visiting potential customers to prospect for new buisness;
- acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Excel in Power point presentation
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- gathering market and customer information;
- representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
- advising on forthcoming product developments
- reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
- feeding future buying trends back to employers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have field experience in the industry of LAN/WAN. (Automation would be an advantage)
- Able to manage cross functional roles
- Able to work independently and willing to travel
Minimum education and work experience required:
- 2 - 3 years of sales and related work experience in data network products is an advantage
- Technical Diploma in Electronics or equivalent
- Must possess a car
