Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:-
• Measurement of drawings

• Prepare tender & contract document including bill of quantity

• Prepare payment / invoice

• Variation application

• Prepare cash flow & cost control

• Suppliers analysis


Requirement:-
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Must have knowledge of AutoCAD

• Min 3 years working experience in technical support or design role relating to construction industry

• Multi-tasking, great organizational skills and time management

• Independent with good problem solving

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude

• 5.5 days work week
