Responsibilities :
You will responsible for planning, organizing, directing, budgeting and controlling all aspects of projects to ensure that the execution of projects locally or overseas are timely delivered without compromising on cost and quality. You will manage the day-to-day operations at the work site and will be actively involved in projects tenders. You will formulate and streamline the process flow of projects to achieve efficiency and productivity. You will co-ordinate with sub-contractors and liaise with clients and consultants on design and drawing matters. You will lead site project team for timely achievement of projects deliverables and ensure full compliance of project site documentation and implementation according to local standards and regulations.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Building Management/Project Management or equivalent.
- At lease 3 years’ experience in project management, planning and scheduling of work programmes for exhibition or interior design or construction
- Relevant experience on site with a good grasp of building regulations and a flair for contract administration including tender submission
- Possess own transport
