Key Account Manager (English & Mandarin)

Datalogic Mobile Asia is seeking for passionative candidate who's willing to acheive thier dream together as a team. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in channel support, management or sales and a desire to grow and learn in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization.

The position will focus on developing strategic opportunities from the channel partners and supporting the channel on a day-to-day basis with presenting the Datalogic Mobile Asia Ltd. value proposition and product information. Further, the candidate will interact with clients directly to help close specific project opportunities.

The position requires strong analytical, time management, relationship building and sales skills with a FUN attitude! The successful candidate will be comfortable positioning the value proposition to industrial, manufacturing, retail, government, commercial and networking professionals.


Responsibilities:

- Increase new opportunities generated from channels to meet sales targets in Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Position value proposition to channel representatives and directly with channel customers
- Proactively engage with channel partners regarding opportunities, sales strategies, territory and account growth
- Provide consultative sales support and remote & on-site training to business partners
- Manage lead distribution to ensure highest close ratio
- Provide pre sale and post sale client support
- Overall channel satisfaction (measured both quantitatively and qualitatively through number of new opportunities, new closed business, responsiveness to channel needs and increased channel Datalogic penetration.)
- Follow-up on marketing and sales events and leads.
- Proactive business development in local market

Job Requirements:

- Min. 3 years channel mgt or inside sales experience (IT product, technology, consulting, networking, automation)
- University degree, preferably in business or technology
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Experience performing product and solution presentations and demonstrations
- Fluent Mandarin, with excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Information Technology usage in retail, manufacturing, logistic
- Experience with Windows CE/Window Mobile technology/development
- Technical knowledge of RFID, Data Collection, Barcode, Mobile Computing, Supply Chain, and Retail is a plus
- Strong management and organization skills
- Frequent travel and occasionally work overtime is required
- Immediate available
