In-Plant Store Executive

Responsibilities:

• Station in-plant full time


• Inventory control & management


• Receive stock from warehouse to Inplant and stock return


• Ensure IPS inventory at optimum level at all time


• Daily stock count to ensure inventory accuracy at all time


• Daily check and verification of "customer" file accuracy prior to generation of invoices


• Flag out to Manager of any discrepancies in customer report/system and coordinate them to be rectified prior to billing the customer


• Create custom labels and ensure labels are properly and accurately placed in goods

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 2 years' of relevant work experience


• Knowledge of SAP and proficient use of Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.


• The person will be required to work in Prai, Butterworth
